• Defects or damage from misuse, accident, water or neglect. 
• Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification or adjustment 
• Breakage or damage to antennas unless caused directly by defects in material workmanship. 
• Normal wear and tear

If you have a product that needs warranty repair, please fill out the Warranty Service Form.

Print the form and include it the package with the accessory. We will examine the accessory and determine if it is covered under warranty. If it is covered under warranty, we will ship you a replacement by return mail. 
 

Note: ALL warranty issues are resolved by RadioAccessories.com and RadioAccessories.com makes the final decision with regard to determining if a product is covered under warranty. We will attempt to replace all accessories but if any of the issues listed above in 'items not covered' and blatant, we will not be able to warranty replace any item.
