Return Policy
 
We have tried to make it as simple as possible to return a product. We understand that from time to time we make purchases and we need to return the merchandise so we try to make it easy to initiate a return. Please read this, make sure that you are following correct procedure and then fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
 
You will first need to get an RA (Return Authorization) Number. You can do this by using the form at the bottom of the page or you can call us toll-free, weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at 1-800-535-7497.
   
Once you receive your RA number, please write it on your return package and send it back to us. Returns must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the original RadioAccessories.com ship date.
 
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus a $3.95 per item handling charge.
 

   
Which products qualify for returns?

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you reject that return shipment, RadioAccessories.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
 
 
How long does it take for my account to be credited?

Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit.
 
 
How long do I have to return a product?

You have up to 15 days after the RadioAccessories.com ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.
 
 
What if I return an item after 30 days?

Due to the nature of our business, items returned after 30 days are not always marketable. Therefore, we do not accept returns that reach us after 30 days from the original shipping date.
